Pandamania was a public art project sponsored by the D.C. Commission on the Arts and Humanities in 2004 that brought 150 decorated panda bear statues to the Nation's Capital. My bear emulated the Freedom Statue on top of the Capitol Building. Someone destroyed my bear the first night it was on display at 9th and F streets, NW. A book was published about the exhibit.
